FIRECHAMPION LITH-EX is the world's first lithium battery fire extinguisher, which can be used in households, electric vehicles, electric buses, and fire rescue vehicles. Lithium battery fire extinguisher is filled with AVD fire extinguisher.

Lithium battery fire occurs under the conditions of overcharge, short circuit, vibration and overheating, and the fire temperature is high, which is difficult to extinguish.Due to the reaction between inflammable metals and water, AVD lithium battery extinguishing agent forms fine mist and foam. Vermiculite particles in water mist or foam are stacked on the surface of fuel, and a covering layer is formed on the combustion surface. The film layer dries immediately, rapidly forming an inflammable, compact thin layer separating the oxygen layer between fire and atmosphere.

This process provides cooling for the burning surface. AVD sheets begin to build vermiculite particles on the burning source surface, and the fire is gradually cooled and controlled. Unlike other Class D fire extinguishers, AVD lithium battery fire extinguishers can quickly control fires before they are controlled and completely extinguished.
