Ⅰ. First time cooling tower cleaning and maintenance(once a year)

1. Clean the dirt on the inside and outside of the cooling tower shell and the dirt on the surface of the steel frame.

2. Clean the dirt on the surface of the cooling tower inlet wind louvers.

3. In order to improve the heat dissipation effect of the filler, a strong pressure flushing water gun is used to flush and rinse the disassembled filler to remove the surface and internal dirt of the filler and increase the ventilation effect of the filler.

3. Check and correct the improper noise and abnormal vibration of the transmission parts. If necessary, grease the cooling tower bearings and transmission parts and replace the bearings. Carefully observe the oil level and oil color. If damaged, replace with new accessories.

4. Check the surface of the outer plate and louver plate for residues, deformation and rust, etc. If there is any problem, deal with it in time.

5. Check whether the water hole in the water tank is blocked for scaling, the scale and residue on the surface of the filler and the deformation of the filler. If there is a problem, deal with it in time. Zh

1. Discard all the water stored in the cooling tower (the water stored in the cooling tower pipe), and protect the equipment against frost.

3. Check whether the motor control box and the motor junction box are wet, and handle them if there is any problem;

4. Do routine cleaning on the exterior and interior of the cooling tower.

Ⅳ. Cooling tower cleaning and maintenance in summer

1. Detect and record the cooling tower current and water temperature;

2. Check the use of cooling tower transmission components, if there is any abnormal noise, repair and replace it and record;

3. Check the vibration of the transmission components of the cooling tower. If there is abnormal vibration, adjust and record the fan and belt;

4. Check whether the water hole in the water tank is blocked and scaled, and deal with it in a timely manner;

5. Check whether there are moss and dirt in the water collecting basin, and handle it in time if necessary;

6. Check whether there is dirt on the surface of the heat-dissipating filler. If high-pressure water gun is used for surface flushing;
